Not every filling task can be solved with standard solutions.

For a customer, we handle the filling of special glass ampoules.
The special feature: The functionality does not depend on the volume or weight of the liquid, but on an exactly defined fill level, which is read from a scale on the ampoule.

Production-related tolerances, however, lead to significant variations in the actual volume of the glass ampoules. A classic volumetric filling would therefore result in inconsistent fill levels, making the measuring ampoules unusable.

The solution was created with a specially developed custom system. After filling, the liquid is directly adjusted to the desired level in the ampoule. This ensures a constant and reproducible fill level for each ampoule, regardless of the actual volume.

This project demonstrates how, through our in-house development expertise and close collaboration with the customer, we reliably implement even very specific filling requirements. Technically precise, process-secure, and individually tailored.
